井下紧急避险系统钻孔对接装置设计研究

Design and research of drilling docking device underground emergency rescue system

摘要:

本文以薛村矿为研究对象,分别对井底与孔口对接装置进行设计研究,研发出了一种适用矿山应急救援车的钻孔对接装置。经现场试验测试,该钻孔对接装置在充分满足避险需求的前提下,增强了避险设施的经济性及灵活性,一定程度上提升了钻孔型永久避难硐室紧急避险系统的技术水平。

Abstract:

The docking device of bottom and orifice has been designed under the real background of XueVillage ore. According to the field test, when fully meet the safe-haven needs, the drilling docking device can not only enhance the economic and flexibility of hedging facilities, to some extent, it can also improve the level of the emergency system of the permanent drilling-type refuge chamber.
